I have been in the legal field for more than twenty years and have wide and deep experience in many areas and have specialised in commercial, company and property work.
I qualified at the English Bar and undertook international law and commercial contract work. I was seconded to a city shipping specialists to oversee the firm's litigation and subsequently moved over to the solicitor's branch of the profession.
Two years later I set up a commercial litigation and property firm and after more than a decade as a partner and principal became a consultant to outside firms and corporations.
Lately I have provided in-house consultancy to various organisations including
Specialist property and commercial work for Porsche (both UK & German HQs)
Project Structuring - London Property, Hotels, Key Worker Residences
Property Portal / Web Applications, IT / IP licensing
Currently I advise on
commercial / general property matters of all kinds
company / commercial (IT, IP, Marketing) matters
general business contracts (and related trusts).
